Hydraulic vibrators NETTER convert the energy of compressed hydraulic fluid into mechanical energy to cause rotational motion on the shaft and create a circular vibration, the power of which is regulated by pressure and frequency depending on the fluid flow rate.

Depending on the application, there are different types of hydraulic vibrators:

• Hydraulic external vibrators for vibration of the structure (silo, feeder, vibrating table, etc.), generating circular vibrations with low frequency and large amplitude.
• Hydraulic internal vibrators for immersion in a product subjected to vibration (concrete, sand, melt, etc.), generating circular vibrations with high frequency and small amplitude.

The principle of operation of hydraulic vibrators is the same. A hydraulic motor connected to a shaft bearing an imbalance, the rotation of which causes a centrifugal force generating circular vibration. The entire system is mounted in a sealed enclosure. The centrifugal force depends on the speed of the motor and the static moment of imbalance.

Hydraulic external vibrators

Hydraulic vibrators of the NHG L series are driven by the hydraulic system of the vehicle and therefore do not depend on an external energy source.

Hydraulic external vibrators of CV, CC, CCV, DV series generate high amplitudes at low frequencies. Circular vibration is created by unbalanced pairs with double bearings. The frequency and centrifugal force are smoothly regulated by the volume flow.
