Multi-section vibration systems

Shaker stations for silent sealing

GyroShake series vibration stations are used for silent concrete compaction at precast concrete production plants. The station consists of a control unit and a supporting frame, on which a freely swinging frame is fixed using a patented suspension system.

Hydraulic vibration units

The hydraulic device for emptying the NHW series wagons is used to clean the wagons from plaque.

Vibrating crosspieces

Vibrating crosses of the NKH and NKM series are used to seal dry refractory mass for an induction furnace by vibration. The vibrating cross consists of a cruciform clamping device and a pneumatic external vibrator of the NVT series. The vibrator is attached to the crosspiece using a quick-release device of the NVH 4 series.
