Pneumatic vibrators NETTER convert the pneumatic energy of compressed air into mechanical energy, causing linear or circular motion, the power of which is regulated by adjusting the pressure of the supplied air flow.

Pneumatic vibrators can be divided into four categories:

• Linear vibrators: linear vibrations created by the movement of the piston, mainly low-frequency vibrations with large amplitudes.
• Rotary vibrators: Circular vibration created by rotational imbalance, mainly high-frequency vibrations with small amplitude.
• Impactors (shock vibrators): the impulse generated by the impact piston, comparable to the impact of a hammer.
• Internal vibrators: Circular vibration generated by rotational imbalance with high frequency and low amplitude. Internal vibrators are used directly inside the product (e.g. concrete).

Pneumatic internal vibrators

The pneumatic internal vibrators of the NVV series have a high level of performance and an extremely rigid design. They have only two moving parts - the rotor and the lamellae.

Pneumatic external vibrators

Pneumatic external vibrators of the NTV series are suitable for compaction, transportation and loosening of bulk materials. Circular vibration is created by eccentric rotating rotors.

Pneumatic Shock Vibrators

High-frequency shock vibrators

Pneumatic Roller Vibrators

Pneumatic roller vibrators of the NCR series are well suited for eliminating or reducing friction. They can be used to empty bins and prevent sticking to pipes and slabs.
